When I used to feel sadness or anxiety, I learned nervous laugh, I do it a lot, I felt insane for a while at first but now its just second nature to laugh instead of cry, even if I'm laughing at nothing or my own misery.

I go through the same thing. A lot. Try to understand what's bothering you and making you feel that way. Also, don't try to not feel anything, that usually just makes things worse. You have to feel sad and unhappy about some things, unfortunately, so just try to stay strong through it.
