How many days do I have to not eat to get skinny? I'm chubby right now, on day 2 of nothing but water.

What you need to do is exercise and eat healthy, anon. Starving yourself is not the way to go. Try looking for some advice on /fit/.

dont listen to him
its a scheme by the nwo to sell you expensive gym memberships and diets
drinking nothing but water works fine + it doesnt shrink your balls

I'm too lazy and anxious to exercise, and can't afford/am too dumb for healthy food. Not eating is literally the easiest thing I can do.

Starving yourself won't work as your body will go into preservation mode and become very efficient. Just eat less than your recommended calorie intake.

/fit/ is too mean and douchey

Nobody said you have to go to gym, you can exercise at home and go walking/running outside.
Calculate your BMR
Eat 500 calories less than that a day
That's 1 pound a week lost
52 pounds a year

Your energy consumption only drops by a small fraction, you will be losing at least 2000 calories a day which is about a kilo every 5 days.

You should exercise for other reasons. It took me a month to do my first pull up but now I can do 8 in a row, it's neat. Also running half a mile every day makes it easier for me to breathe and improves my mood, I was really fucked up before I took it up and can't imagine going back.

Biggest culprit is sugar. Humans would only rarely come across sugar or such large quantities of fruit the amount of sugar matches a bag of candy. Now sugar is in nearly everything. 2 and a half cups of orange juice has as many calories as a hamburger for example.
It is better to get your "sugar rush" from unsugared tea or coffee. Aspartame breaks down into minute quantities of substances common in food so you can use that. Other sweeteners give some people indigestion, due to lactose intolerance I think, but most likely are ok. Look on the back of sugar free soft drinks and make sure it is like 0.1 calories. This should limit your addiction/cravings.
Exercise doesn't burn many calories but makes you feel less like eating a ton of shit.

That doesn't take into account reduced metabolism from being less weight.
Once he drops the first 10 pounds his metabolism will drop by 50-100 calories, so he'll not have -3500 weekly deficit if he keeps on the same calories.

You dumb fuck.
"Average cost for a pound of dried beans: $1.99."
"The average cost of whole wheat bread in the U.S. is $2.00."
OMG IT'S SO EXSPENSIVE.

Then calculate your BMR every week then. It takes 5 seconds in google.
