Actually the only place I get pimples is on my back.

I don't sleep on my back so it can't be my bed sheets.

I'm guessing it's my computer chair that causes it, then again I don't get any on my ass...so maybe its not that.

I just have never-ending pimples disappearing/occurring on back, and that's it.

ever since i started shaving with DE razor, shave soap and washing my face with Basis soap, my face problems completely cleared up.

Acne is mostly caused by hormonal imbalance not hygiene. I never had acne as a teen and I had worse hygiene back then. Ever since I got put on some certain meds, it caused a lot of acne issues. Pizzaface teens happen for a reason and it usually goes away in adulthood.

I've had 3 different dermatologist Jews tell me the only ways I'm getting rid of this are waiting years and hoping for the best, or multiple isotretinoin rounds.

Pretty much all of my acne goes away when I start eating clean. And by clean I mean keto dieting specifically. Back in the days I used to be 220lbs so I cut to 170 and lost all the acne. My sister had the same experience and that also applied to her back acne. Nowadays though we started eating like shit again and its coming back so it wasnt just a teen hormone imbalance problem, it was also very much dietary

Bollocks. If you clean yourself then sweat and puss is more likely to escape through the your face. If not, dirt will block the holes leading to the creating of spots therefore acne.

I think some people simply tend to sweat more, I don't sweat much at all, especially not on the face, so I think there is not much buildup between showers.
