I can do 8-10 nose to the ground. I started doing some basic bodyweight workouts like a week or two ago. I couldn't do even 1 on the ground when I started so I did them against the wall at an angle.

last time I ran the IST (muhreen poolee) i did 38 in the two minutes.

I didn't hit the ground so I could have done more in longer than that but it was getting kinda difficult. New /fit/izen though so hopefully that number will be a lot higher soon. I'd do them again since it's been a while but I did Push today so my chest and triceps are tuckered out.

A few months ago i could barely do one, but since then I've been doing body weight exercises in my room every other night. I started by doing girl push ups because i could do sets of 15 of those and once i got stronger i moved up to real push ups. I can now do sets of 15-20.

Its honestly really encouraging to see such fast improvement and the noticeable increase in muscle mass is really cool. And its just from doing very light exercise a few times a week, if i was actually hitting the gym if probably see even better results.
