He wasnt joking he was being sincere its why he asked you to come.
Dont hang out with 'friends' that treat you like that and talk down to you.
As soon as the door guys asked why you where there etc you shouldve pulled a friend aside and asked why they didnt mention bringing you along if its invites only.
Dont explain yourself, just back out of the room and say my bad.
If chad follows talk it out with him outside away from any stacy, chads only chad it up around girls, no girls no need to be a douche.
If hes still a dick then tell him you where with your friends and mention names, thatll get the blame put on them not you. If that still doesnt work or your friends dont let you ride back for trying to get them into shit then call cops.
