you can buy some tabasco sauce to spice up the veggies, not too much though. Homemade salsa, etc., lots of options, learn to add flavor to your food using wholesome stuff, it helps a lot. It's unrealistic to expect anyone to adhere to a bland, tasteless food regimen.
