Just eat some god damn vegetables, it's not that difficult.

All of my meals and even my snack end with a salad, no dressing or bacon bits or any of that bullshit. Just some raw lettuce and spinach.

All of my shits come out looking like foot-long spring rolls.

I have solid logs now. and only takes me 1 or 2 wipes, very clean, no sludge like when eating carbs, no mess, no diarrhoea,. just nice big logs.

Red meat once a week is part of my new routine plus lots of veggies and fruit, NO bread, pasta or white rice. Also:

>Chicken/fish about 4-5 meals a week
>an egg each morning w veggies
>beans 3-4 meals a week.
>minimal dairy odd bit of hq cheese

Sweet potatoes, black beans, kale lmao. Oatmeal. Anything high in fiber. I'm vegan and literally love to shit. Feels amazing now
