Yes it's possible to lose the weight but it's going to be very difficult. I would suggest 250mg DNP after you get comfortable with a 500-1000kcal deficit on your TDEE. It allows you to lose 1lb every 1-2 days rather than every week. It can also kill you if you take too much and there is no cure to stop it, and is fairly hard to get if you're an autist.

Either way the method is through dieting. Whether you diet for 6 months or 3 years is up to you.

You'll look horrible afterwards, but it's possible. I dropped from 122 to 90 in a year and after a major break another 10kg in 5 months. It's not worth it though, literally nothing will change in your life.
