>high school
>raise hand in class to ask a genuine question
>the whole classroom falls silent and the teacher looks at me with wide eyes
>"that's the most I've ever heard Anon talk before!"
>everybody laughs
>the discussion turns into talking about other students that rarely talk
>then it further devolves into some other unrelated topic
>my original question is ignored and now everybody thinks I'm even weirder
>call teacher mom
>anon can you repeat what I was just saying?
>A little louder please
>Alright class get into groups for our next assignment...

>>37396795

>freeze up and start stuttering
>face gets red and I start sweating
>"n-nevermind...
>get that question wrong on the test next day
>Alright let's all introduce ourselves 1 by 1, anon you go first.
>not getting praised for asking such an in depth question and feeling like an awkward nerd fuck afterwards
>All those group assignmen Anxieties
>mfw none of you probably had to experience what I had to in Music class
Back in middle school, after every trimester our music teacher would demand every student to pick their favourite song and then sing it in front of the entire class, you had a week to prepare. If you didn't sing, you'd fail, no exceptions. Tried my best to choose some normie songs so I wouldn't kill myself. You could also have the song playing in the background, if you needed to. This generally was a good idea since it helped with concealing the horrible singing.
>group of Stacies approach me in the hallway
>"Hey anon, do you have a girrrrlfriend?"
>don't respond and keep walking
>hear them burst into laughter behind me
What's so fucking funny about that.
You know how schools give awards at the end of the year for stuff like "class clown" and "most likely to succeed"?
My high school had an award for shyest boy and girl. They would take your picture and put it in the year book as shyest student. Thank god there was some kid who got physically abused as a child who was quieter than me.

Normal people find humor in making losers and autists uncomfortable.
>>37397521
>approach stacies
>heavily breathe in close range until they get uncomfortable
That'll show them who's more autistic.

I literally dropped out freshman year because I was too afraid of presentations. Fuck that shit
