>MSI (short for Maharishi Sadashiva Isham) from the United States is the one who introduced the teachings of Ascension to the world. MSI was, from an early age, drawn to spirituality. He met his Teacher Maharishi Mahesh Yogi in 1970 and at 20 years old became a TM (Transcendental Meditation) teacher. He remained a TM teacher living in Iowa until 1987 when his life "fell apart". He lost his business and was divorced within a three month period. Disenchanted with the rules surrounding TM and taking his current life situation as a sign to do something different he went on a spiritual quest.

13 000 euro
Which sounds like a lot, but it covers lodging and food in addition to tutoring. I'll become a teacher at the end of the stay. Imagine that you would study a semester at a college abroad (think UK if you are from the USA, or USA if you're European.) It would quickly cost about the same.

I've ascended robothood and I'm ascending normiehood to become not a wizard, but a sage.

So here's what I realized after meditating regularly the last year:
>GF does not love me, but loves an ideal of the boyfriend I could be if she could change some things about me
>GF constantly manipulates me and tries to weed out habits she doesn't like and nag on me to improve aspects of me that she values
>Give in to many of her demands because most of them were constructive criticism hard to argue against
>got a driver's license and worked out because she wanted me to, not because I wanted to
>she was always manipulating me into not spending time with friends, trying to make me feel guilty for not spending time with her instead
I've come to realize that you can only love someone as they are. If you don't love them as they are but as who they could've been, then who are you loving? Not the real person in front of you. I realized that my GF never truly loved me, and that's why I decided to break up. I also decided to study meditation properly because nothing is more important for me now than to reach deeper into these and similar insights that I've found lately.

how did you get into meditation? been wanting to try for a while now

I keep forgetting that tomorrow is the big day. How do you feel? Excited, nervous? And what exactly is the white pill?

Long story short, I met a piano teacher who is not only the best piano teacher I've ever met, but she's also a meditation teacher. A friend of mine who had attended her meditation course, recommended it to me.

>And what exactly is the white pill?
The white pill can perhaps be described as acknowledging the harsh truths derived from various red pills, while ascending the struggles that "red pillers" suffer from. The struggles of robots and normies are like the struggles you experience in a dream or watching a movie. When the dream or movie comes to an end, what happens to those struggles and the suffering you witnessed? They vanish like shadows disappear once illuminated. The white pill is a direct opposite of the black pill. While both the white and the black pilled realize that nothing matters, the black pilled fall into the nihilist pit and embrace misery as a deterministic truth. Taking the white pill means realizing that if nothing matters, then why worry about it? Where the black pilled sees all the reasons to be unhappy, the white pilled see no reason why he shouldn't be eternally content regardless of circumstance.

What part of hogwash being positively life-changing do you struggle to accept?

>>
>>37386069
What's positively life changing about any of that? You're tossing a substantial sum of money at people who claim to be above earthly concerns in hopes of becoming one of their NEET cult. You quit the job that allowed you to get that substantial amount of money in the first place, and you ditched a girl because she didn't see every single about you as beyond fault. Fucking delusional narcissist.

Monks commercialising their lifestyle. What a world we live in.

Newsflash: You don't have to spend a lifetime in isolation to enjoy enlightenment. See the quote from Alan Watts above.
>>
>>37381338
>I've come to realize that you can only love someone as they are. If you don't love them as they are but as who they could've been, then who are you loving?

This hits home hard, but the girl I loved was perfect, and turned into someone I didn't love.

It makes it hard to forget, because she started out perfect, and it makes me wish for her to go back to how she was.

Both were written by Rachmaninoff. The first is his prelude in B minor:

The second, his most famous, in C sharp minor. Two musician comedians made a funny sketch out of it:
