Upstate is different as fuck and guns aren't really limited, in fact only reason I clicked on the thread is because a friend at my upstate college, who also lives upstate, said he was going to bring his guns and offered for some of us to go to range and shoot next semester, and I also happen to be black. Not a girl though.
