Worst aspect of addicts is they usually admit they have a problem and if they have a platform or friends or family who will listen they'll go on about it endlessly, but never really do much about it.

Very easy to lose weight. I did it so anybody else can. Don't eat junk food and stay on the healthy side. I also drink protein drinks regularly and they are fortified so I get everything I need.
