Honestly?
I have to do normal things to even be productive (start the day off with shit/shave/shower, brush teeth, brew coffee, etc.) because if I do one thing it leads into another. Sometimes I don't even do these things at all because the first thing I decide to do is get on the computer or I'm stuck in a malaise. If I'm up doing things I default to "I'm up, may as well do this before laying down again".
The absolute hardest part about any of that is getting started. Sometimes I can't even manage it even though I am fully aware how it functions. It really is mood-based at times. Protip: if you want to make it funner, make sure you're alone and start "speedrunning" your tasks (except the shitting don't speedrun that). Normalfags are slackers, you can do better.
