no i love chew so much i but one or two 12 packs a month but its like 87 dollars a box. i get no nicotine but its just spngood after coffee

also smoke about a pack a week

am i wasting money if i make about 400 a week lol

The only negative thing about snus is the price and running out.

What are your snus recommendations?

I literally only use snus during finals week at the university. God damn do I love me some General White portions though. Seriously a bad habit.

I'm on two days, today morning I coughed up a lot of phlegm which I suppose is my lungs cleaning themselves. I feel fine. From half-pack a day to nothing.

I usually do these detoxes once every month or two months. I'll stop smoking for as long as I can (few days - one month) and let my body repair itself.

i started snusing to stop smoking and i used it for 5 years and i literally could not stop having one in my lip
