Work on using your diaphragm, it will be awkward at first, but you will find that you're using it automatically after a while and your voice will sound fuller, stronger and more pleasant to the ear for it.

If you play online games with voice chats, it's a great place to practice this as you will meet into new people all the time that havent heard how you sound earlier.

It also helps if you have your voice playback to you while you talk, it's fucking awkward as fuck at first, but it's a very helpful tool to navigate how you can manipulate your voice to your liking.

Radio hosts do this all the time, compare their first show to their later shows and they have drastically altered their voice.

I think the main thing is to work on confidence, i can tell with each recording you do you're getting a little more comfortable The more confident you are the less people will point it out.
