I have some tuna cans in the cupboard from an earlier diet concept that I'll alternate for protein until they're gone. Also some days I'll eat two eggs, and eat whatever alternate food fills my desired potassium content.

I also have a soda addition and have had 7 sodas the past 3 days; I will try and kick that today.

Raw greens are super low in calories; you don't absorb most of them. Do not use dressing or anything like that though. Just greens, mushrooms, onions tomato, even half a cup of beans, maybe some seeds or nuts or avacado but like a serving of only one of those per giant bowl

I've started some threads here about alternatives to soda and energy drinks and got some good responses. But /r9k/ is wrong, because soda is still better than energy drinks. Energy drinks are all that carbonated sugar with the artificial flavoring and then the taurine and all that other stuff. I mostly drink water and protein drinks now, along with coffee and tea every now and then. I'd still have a soda if it was offered to me but that hasn't happened in a few months now.

The point of stimulants is to curb the desire for food so you STOP eating. If op was on dope he wouldn't be eating 7k calories a day, period.

Veganism works, food so bland you won't even want to eat. I stopped though once I started getting high again, kale isn't exactly enticing when smoking weed.
