>infernal head lice with constant maximum itching, colony that grows exponentially. Any attempts to remove the lice will increase the intensity of the sensation.

>sadistic succubi with long nails tickling your feet, which are lathered in demonic oil to lubricate the nails sliding across your sensitive bare flesh and heighten the sensations (if you weren't ticklish in your old life you are now)

>you get to live in a nice room (by hell's standards) but you are also burdened with normal human hunger, which you must satisfy or else you will be sent to a worse plane of torture - the catch is that 1/3 of the menu (which is delicious and suited to your individual tastes) every night is compromised with things like E. coli, salmonella, norovirus, ebola etc. You suffer the full effects of these except death or permanent incapacitation, and the hunger rule doesn't apply during the period of sickness

>you are bound naked to a crucifix and everyone who has ever intimidated you or made you feel insecure takes turns in criticising you down to the very depths of your being, showing their full range of emotions such as pure contempt and disgust for you. when the people from your own life have run out, every single inhabitant of hell gets to take a turn, cycling over and over forever - they are also free to physically humiliate, assault and torture you if they so wish
