When I started I was 265, only took a few months to get down to 225 but I was wobbling between 215-230 for a year before I got down to 180. Stayed there for a year, currently creeping back to 200 because of recent slacking. Just stick with it

Every day I'd bring you water. Large amounts, at least 4 liters. I'd force you to run around your bed for at least half an hour, that's how you'd earn your daily 1000 calories meal. I'd take away your phone, tablet, computers. Instead I'd bring books and maybe music. I'd patiently wait until you lose all your fat and then I'd drug you and bring you to one of these clinics that specialize in removing the excess skin from ex-fatties like you. I'd bring you back to your home home and just disappear, never to be seen again.
I really wish I could do that.

Because you are fighting on many different levels. Basically you are likely genetically favored to be on the heavy side , combined with modern life and especially modern psychology then throw in feelings of general apathy and there ya go...a nice fat trap. You can either overcome it through heroic action of determination , or you can recognize you are just heavy , begin to edit your diet bit by bit and become more active. Once you become more active that alone will increase your psychological outlook which will manifest itself in your body being refined , in other words your body will begin to reflect your mind. I would try a holistic approach rather than , eat x amount and exercise x amount for x amount of time....look at it more causally and realistically , you didn't just wake up one day overweight , it was a gradual process , therefore you can gradually reverse it.

Basically you would cause the persons system to go into shock , once your "treatment" was over the body would just revert back to the system it had for years prior to the trauma and it would over compensate for the looses incurred and produce an over amount of fat in case that happened again. You would end up fatter than before.

When you are loosing weight you gain muscle , so the scale is not something you should rely on for accuracy in loosing weight , maybe how your cloths feel different would be a good indication. When you are trying to loose weight , the first thing to go is water weight which gets more or less "replaced" by muscle. It takes a while for the scale to catch up with the reality of what is going on inside the body.
