I'm 23 and have been neet since I left high school. How do I fool employers into thinking I have work experience?

same boat as op, only I'm 21.
pretty sure we are fucked
Just lie.
At first your lies might crumble, but you'll perfect your lying and eventually become decent at it.

23 y/o university dropout with no work or volunteering experience here either OP
>tfw I'm going to lie on my resume and if I ever get found out I'll just kill myself

You can just put a shitty job like McDonalds on your resume, no way they call it.
Probably can't
You should rather play on the fact that you are ready to get into work, tired of laying around and that sort of stuff

But what if they ask for references?
>>37236273
Give them your mother's number or some acquaintance of yours willing to lie for ya and carry on lying.
>>37236273
An acquaintance that isn't listing her jobs on LinkedIn and shit.

If your father was a tradesman you could get him to say you worked an apprenticeship
what do you have to lose by lying about experience? just dont half ass it
if its just a minimum wage job they arent going to call your references anyway nine times out of ten
Just cause you don't have experience does not mean they won't hire you. If a job says "experience" required I would still apply if it's entry level. I would not fake experience cause some jobs will expect you to know shit. And if you dont, they will become confused thinking you have worked before . If you bend the truth, do it a smart way, don't be it. If need "experience" find a temp agency or job. Also look at being a volunteer. Even some places will hire with no experience. Some will be bitches and require it.
i'm the same as you
i put on my application for wendys that i've been a "home caregiver" for my grandparents since 2011
i've also contrived a sob story for the interview about how grandpa died last year and grandma will be dead soon (both are actually true) and so i need a job fast. dumb normies will have to feel bad for not hiring me.
say you went on a trip around the world or went travelling for a year or something.. employers will understand

Download sideline phone app use multiple emails get multiple phones #
put on job application as references
They call make up anything u want depending on the job u trying get
find a business that used to exist in your area that went under and put that in your resume
if you get asked for a reference say the business went under and you've lost contact with people
