Mexico has a lot of good transplant doctors if you look around online you can find good ones but I heard turkey has hair transplants that are pretty good looking and the surgery is like 1/4 the cost there per graft

No you just take finasteride and the typical meds for it and you get a series of small transplants instead of one big one it's the doctors trying to jew him.

Plus the hairline goes easy as fuck it literally half way falls out overnight when you hit puberty and just a strong gust of wind is enough to take it out but the hairs in the middle of your head take way longer to fall out especially with finasteride. Thoigh maybe he should just try every treatment available before the transplant depending on how shitty it looks

20's extremely young for a transplant, too. Most doctors (the ones who know/care about what they're doing, at any rate) have a minimum age of 25 for a transplant.

Also, I wouldn't mind my balding so much if I wasn't also a 5'7 manlet.
