How do you magikally become more, social and make friends in the span of less than a month?

one of my co-workers is this mouthy, loud, ghetto, ratchet mixed girl.
she stays on register.

everytime i look up at the register, she has the customers smiling, it doesn't matter what her attitude is like.
this really tall black guy came in and she just went off on him, "i dont care how tall you are, i'll beat yo ass" and the guy was just loving it, laughing and smiling.

if you can shit on people but make it fun somehow, they will eat it up and play along. i'm not able to do that with strangers quite yet, it's an acquired skill.

a lot of social things are acquired skills, that's why robots, including myself, seem lost with them.
when you're sent to school, it's not made clear that you're also learning to be social, basically you're just led to believe you're there to learn education, which couldn't be more bullshit.
