>always want to gain more weight to be less pathetic

>gain 14lbs in one week, up from 138
Uhh guys wtf?
You're consuming more calories then you're burning. Eat less, and you'll lose weight.

Didn't you understand I've always wanted to gain weight and been upset I can never really push last 150 and maintain that healthy build though.. just weighed myself and I am 152 one of the first times in my life I didn't really believe the scale right away. I think my metabolism is starting to crash and hard. If only I could maintain 155
Putting on muscle increases your weight.

>tfw chilling at 25%
it's not a fun feel

I know muscle weighs more than fat even but to put on that much on such a short time doesn't seem feasible. Seriously I think I was like 138 last week or so then maybe I saw 145-148 a few days after exercising then 152 today. Jeezus

Well idk champ. Just be happy with it I guess.
Now I want to lift. Whose goin to the gym today?

just checked again after a shower and poop and I am 149.5. My scale is fucking whack
I am going to get some more exercise later today too. the hardest thing is sticking to the schedule and actually getting out there and doing it

About 30% for me.

That's because it isn't feasible; your body weight fluctuates based on water retention. Weigh yourself multiple times throughout the day and you'll probably see it jump around by as much as five pounds in either direction. Maybe you've gained one or two actual pounds, idk, but the rest is water

>gain 14lbs in one week
That's not normal not even under pro level steroids/hgh/slin. You were either mummy tier anorexic or just gained a lot of water weight
Who /45%/ here?

>tfw 35
How did it get this bad? The worst part is I can't even starve puke or diet because I can feel it making my hairline recede more
