Good genetics. If fat boy could get in shape he would look really good.

When their facial figure at a healthy weight is gaunt and weaselly, their face looks normal when fat.
In some cases for faces like this, being fat is honestly the better option for them.

While genetics does not determine the ability to gain fat, it does determine where fat is distributed and accumulated in the body.

That's why you see some thin people with double chins, or beer guts; and why you see some girls who have giant tits/ass but skinny other places

the aesthetics of your face is actually mostly determined by how defined your jaw and cheekbones are

guys and girls with good face genetics will look like they have a thin/attractive face even when chubby bordering obese while guys with shitty genetics (like me) have pudgy face even when fit or skinny because we're bonelets

It's baby fat on the face. When I was deployed to Afghanistan I lost all the baby fat on my face. I regained weight years later but the fat never went back to my face, just my gut.
