Well they're in my tummy rn so no pics. Pic related is some of the left-over sauce

Made them with a BBQ sauce. For the sauce:
>1 Onion, 2 garlic cloves in frying pan, caramelised with muscovado sugar
>Add smoked paprika (just over 2 tsp), apple cider vinegar (1tbsp), salt and pepper, and reduced down.
>Add a paste made with tomato puree mixed with water and Worcester sauce
>Reduce until thick and saucy

For burger
>Mix together beef mince, one egg yolk, Dijon mustard, tomato sauce, salt, pepper, 2 tsp smoked paprika (no onions because I only had one and used it for the sauce)
>Cooked like regular burger

Served it in a bun with the BBQ sauce, cucumber, and cheddar.

Honestly I think it's the best thing I've ever cooked.

Sriracha doesn't belong either, but it's a much better fit than ketchup. A well made burger doesn't need anything but bread and meat. Maybe cheese but that's very risky.
