The thing is, most of the "normies" are actually sad robots playing a facade, that in itself is another problem but the problem with actual normalfags is still an issue. But you gotta remember, there will always be normalfags coming here no matter what so don't expect to create a robot only internet society. Our goal is to reduce the amount of normalfaggotry.
As for a solution, I can't think of anything. If we switch chans, then it'll be pretty dead and not a lot of people who would actually come along but the plus side is that a lot of normalfags would stick around here. But if all the robots come to a new chan, then the normalfags will follow suit and we'll be right back here.
