Being dirty and overweight isn't what I'm talking about. I said in an earlier post that bathing and being clean is more important than the clothes you choose to wear. Obviously there are some things that say something about a person that you can pick up on, but for things like dyed hair, piercings, and tattoos, judging just based on those things is usually the result of a bias that makes you into the bad guy for judging people you don't know.

I've seen lots of people with tattoos, dyed hair, and piercings taking care of sick animals, donating to charity, offering help to strangers who really need it. I wear all black every day. Black jeans ranging from skinny to super skinny, black combat boots, black t shirts, black hoodies, black jackets. About 50% of my clothing including my shoes has holes in it and my wardrobe is generally worn out and beat up. I look like a monochrome working class fuck, sometimes when I don't shave or forget to shower I look genuinely like some stupid punk thug. It's kind of cool. When I'm cleaned up I look just sort of modern street wear with some edge I guess.

Shirts: plain T's, really anything as long as the graphics aren't over the top.

Outerwear: plain pull over hoodie, again without over the top graphics. Just something simple, black or white look clean as fuck on anybody.
