That's a shitty attitude to have. Literally anyone can do the main lifts with the bar, and everyone can use assistance machines on the lowest settings. If you still choose not to get a gym membership, at least look into calisthenics. That shit should be easy to get into if you're an actual skeletor and not skinnyfat.

Have been bodybuilding for over year went from 155lbs to 185. The most important thing is you have to eat A LOT. And no garbage try to have atleast 100g of protein a day and eat a lot of good fats, try to eat about 2500-3500 calories a day. If you really wanna build strength and muscle there's no way around lifting heavy weights. I was very nervous about going to the gym at first being the skinny bitch I was but eventually you warm up to it. Wish you luck OP don't give up!
