I literally got put in the retard-classes at school and got a pity-pass. I'm pissed off because I know I'm fucking dumb, and there's nothing I can do about it. Learning is so fucking hard for me.

I sometimes wish that I never knew how dumb I was, I feel like life would have been far better to live.

Yeah, l was a smart little shit. l noticed l was a lot smarter than most kids during primary school and just coasted through school until they did some test that put me in the top 1% of the country or some shit.

Which pretty much meant l was put in advanced classes and taken out of class occasionally for those weird gifted kid meetings. l continued to just coast through every class until l gave up completely.

Being really smart isn't really what you need to do well in school, there just wasn't anything l ever wanted to strive toward so l just didn't try really.

I wish I was smart, then I could actually do well in life. Even if I was still an autist I could still get a 6-7 figure income by just being smart in some really advanced job position.

The thing is with the online IQ tests, their literally usually made by one guy for ad revenue, and just copy pasted questions.

You actually have to take a real IQ test through mensa or IRL to get your real IQ. And chances are, if you feel dumb you're probably a little smarter then you think, and if you feel smart your probably dumber then you think. It's the Dunning-Kruger effect

I relate to the IQ test part. The abstract questions are the worst. I don't think I've ever finished an IQ test.

I am successful at Uni. I don't actually believe I'm stupid but maybe I am.

My psychologist has set me up with a IQ/Personality test for next week. The guy whose doing it told me the IQ test will take about 1.5 hours, and I'll take the personality test to do at home so I don't have to stay at his place for many hours.

Different guy here, but that's what happened to me. I tested in the 150s in first grade and got put in "highly gifted" classes but eventually ended up as a high school dropout.

For me it wasn't drugs but bullying and alienation by my peers, though. I was the only one NOT doing drugs in high school, all of my classmates were doing adderall for performance and weed to get down from it, and they all cheated on everything, while I was stressed to hell trying to keep up and constantly getting in fights and trouble because of it.
