I don't know if he has done drugs but he is a recovering alcoholic, or at least that's what they told me. He goes away for long periods at a time and comes back every once in a few moons to check on his kids. And he doesn't like me, ironically he thinks I'm a degenerate because I stole a candy bar from the grocery store when I was a kid, he was the full time Dad back then. So he might have a hand in me not coming there, even though I'm certain he won't stay for that long if he decided to help her.
