I'm not really failing at life, I've got a decent job and have my own house, all of that stuff, but my intelligence makes socialising frustrating.

My IQ is 135, nothing spectacular, but still quite a lot higher than the average.
It makes interacting with most people feel like a tedious chore.
It's not their fault, but it's just so frustrating.
I hate to sound arrogant, but they are stupid, and they don't realise how stupid they are.
Their ability to reason, or to understand even slightly abstract concepts is terrible.

On the rare occasion that I get to talk with somebody else with above average intelligence, provided they're not a total sperg, everything is just so much easier.
