So I have not brushed my teeth in basically a year. I don't know why I don't, but I just never feel like it, so I just don't. They are a little yellow now, but I have never had a cavity (yes I did go to dentist). My breath hasn't been too bad because I use sugar free gum everyday.
Anyway I'm worried that if I don't start brushing soon I will actually start having problems, and that I have only been lucky so far. But I just have a hard time committing my self to doing it, idk.
Any advice on how I can fix this?
