I recently picked up the oh so famous pissbottle habit where I piss in a bottle so I dont have to leave my room, atleast I dump mine everyday so it doesnt get gross but since picking up that habit and my severe lack of appitite I havent left my room for about 4 days untill tonight I ventured forth for some toast while everyone is asleep. Yesterday I heard my parents discussing what could be wrong with me, so thats always fun. I dont know why but I simultaniously feel great not having to see people and terribly depressed, weird but hey it works I guess.

Try taking a walk on days when you wouldn't otherwise go out. Sometimes I'll go visit the library or a used bookstore just for the sake of going out for a bit and doing something. It'll feel good to go outside and get a little physical activity
