It isn't fair. I'm still the same person, it's just that they can't judge me by my looks anymore. Either way, it's nice being the de facto alpha in the room for an hour a week.

Roasties will only care about you if you have scars to back it up.
I have loads of scars on my back, (mainly from training but I tell everyone it's shrapnel from an IED) and roasties look at them like they're trophies and see me as an alpha.
