you can eat whatever the fuck you want, as long as you use that energy. if you eat 5000 cal, and burn 5000 cal, you will maintain your weight.

if you eat 2500 cal, and do nothing, you will gain weight. you need only 2000 cal for regular daily activities. your brain needs only 500 cal.

if you eat 2000 cal, and burn 5000 cal with exercise, you will lose weight.

OP is literally starving himself for days at a time. I think he cares less about being healthy and more about just losing the weight by any means.

I eat entire pizzas regularly and i'm skinny as hell. The trick? I go 30 hours between meals.
