You know, as an astonishing NEET; i've never been a wagie worker bee, but I have read blogs and watched wagecuck vlogs in my abundance of free time, what i've gathered is theres two ways:

A. Scream and pout, beg on your knees to bossman shekelberg until he feels bad enough to cut your pay-dirt salary low enough to afford to give you less hours

B. Give shekelstein the ole' toe sucking. Suck his toesies clean until he can't help but give you some free time.

That's the federal limit for full time. Why would you want to work LESS

Asking for less hours when you don't have a valid reason usually leads to a painful conversation which ends in you being fired.
