They are actually MUCH gentler than alcohol unless you take like 30 grams of kratom (which would be like a huge dose of opioids). I genuinely prefer them due to their smoother high.

You should be able to acquire it in most smoke shops. Also readily available on the internet. Try 7-10 grams as a starter dose.
