make sure you buy regular rice, all the other alternatives suck ass.
also I usually add some chicken broth when I'm cooking rice, it makes it 1000 time better.

Enriched long grain rice is the white bread of rice. It is sticky and clumpy and cheap and pretty much goes with anything. Don't get the parboiled kind. You can add butter if you find it too sticky.

i work in a nip restaurant, try jasmine rice, just enough water to cover it and a bit more and that should do it
