Google search "fit girls challenge", of its better to download their app. It's a daily workout routine for s month and it works wonders. You don't need a gym, just some space. It gives you healthy diet ideas too.

Stick with it and you'll see a huge difference. The app version is free although the program might be a few bucks. I'm skinny and it made me gain a lot of muscle,

I'd go out running like twice a week, separated by even timing preferably, otherwise if you go running twice two days close to each other, you'll likely still be tired, and will give up. I have no idea how fat we're talking, obviously if you are morbidly obese you can't physically run for long, but I'd say going for a jogging for an hour or two everytime will help your cardio and your body. It'll also get you used to exercise to possibly start other things when you start feeling better.

do some research on the topic and then ease your way into it.

try eating one meal per day for a week, once that week is over try eating nothing for 3 days. if you can do that you should be able to water fast for 15 days. once you're done with your water fast go back to eating one meal a day and then waterfast again when you want to.

I suggest also eating healthy once the fast is over do you don't immediately put the pounds back on. if done correctly water fasting can have a lot of health benefits and its great for weight loss. it'll also detox your body and reset your taste buds so when you finish your 15 day water fast, you'll be able to enjoy shit like salads and fruits more because they'll just taste better.
do some research before you start this though, don't just start fasting for weeks without learning about this shit.

if you get hungry chug like 2-3 glasses of water. you won't really need to though after day 3 because your body will go into a state where it'll start using your fat as fuel to keep going and you wont feel as hungry. as long as you have fat for your body to burn then it wont eat away at your muscles and you'll be fine.

if you don't want to do ANY of this, go to the gym and do a lot of cardio while eating less. take your lunch and split it in half. eat one half for lunch the other for dinner. honestly just do cardio and eat less. it's easier than water fasting.

Other than making sure you get 0.75g of protein/lb of bodyweight every day, whatever is fine as long as you eat at a calorie deficit. Some foods will make you feel more full for less calories, of course.

Fat girl here too. I've lost ~7 pounds in the last 2-3 months and all I've done is swap one meal for a salad 5 days a week. Lunch at work is always a salad. That's it. I didn't start working out or starve myself. I still drink wine and eat ice cream. It all boils down to eating less calories and one meal swap is easy.

My salads are usually a couple handfuls of spring mix or baby spinach, occasionally romaine and then things to make it taste better like goat cheese crumbles, almond slices, grape tomatoes, cucumber slices, shaved carrots, dried cranberries, sometimes a couple croutons. Don't eat iceberg lettuce if you can stand other types, the other stuff has more nutrients. Sometimes I bring roasted chicken to heat up and throw on top but not often because that means cooking it ahead of time. Don't make it unhealthy with breaded/fried chicken and seriously try to use a dressing under 100 calories per serving. This worked for me and I haven't been miserable. I swear this is all you need to do.

Do you want to have flabby fat lady arms and be skinny or a saggy butt and legs? Just go jogging around your local park for an hour a day and lift some weights and you'll look more toned and sexy.

just try water fasting, try to see if you can get away with it. start this week and only have one meal every day. don't split this one meal into 3 different meals, don't eat for 16 hours of the day and then during a 8 hour window (5pm-9pm) eat the one meal whole. and do this for a week, once it becomes easier to do that try not eating for 3 days straight and so on. do some research it's good for you

it's simple math, you just eat fewer calories than you burn and do it consistently for several months, you will be able to see it

One tip I could recommend for you is to do some resistance exercise so that your muscle doesn't atrophy while you're dieting. Something that a lot of "eat less" memers don't consider is that if you lose weight through starvation alone, you will have to continue eating that unhealthy amount of calories ad infinitum or else gain back all of the fat that you had lost. That's why it's important to focus on exchanging lipid mass for lean mass by getting into regular resistance exercise.

If you combine the two things, a caloric deficit and resistance training, you can gradually increase the number of calories you're eating every day and still maintain a lean and sexy body instead of just being skinnyfat and unhealthy.

Eat toast for breakfest, a shit ton of fruit and water for lunch, and whatever you want for dinner. Also, try doing dance and some other sort of cardio exercise. Did this in HS, and lost 25 pounds in 2-3 months. It's not very healthy, tho.

There really isn't any magical explanation here. Any other meme diets or bullshit advice people give you, here or anywhere else, is pointless.

By all means, try and achieve a balanced diet (and make an effort to cut down on sugar), but understand that your body is remarkably efficient, almost anything you eat can and will be turned into energy, and surplus energy will be stored as fat. Cutting carbs or whatever the trend of the week is may help YOU manage your diet, it may not. It isn't going to accelerate your weight loss. You need to be at a caloric deficit (there are tools to help you work out what that might look like in a real diet, if you're interested).

Don't bother running unless you enjoy running. Again, your body is efficient, your running gait is a good example of that. It's a shit way to burn calories, you'd have to run for an hour at a decent pace to burn off a fucking starbucks muffin.

Just eat less, stay mobile and do exercise you enjoy. Don't starve yourself either, you'll just lose muscle mass. It isn't a quick process, but it is one you can track within a week or two.

Good luck and stop asking for health advice on 4chan.

i used to be 200lbs (im 5'4"). i exercised and dieted vigorously for the first 20-30lbs. it feels really great honestly.

measure all your food, make sure you portion everything. download my fitnesspal, it honestly really helped me see how much i was really eating. the trick is to be honest with yourself, people trick themselves into thinking they "dont eat that much", but in reality, they do.

im down to 155lbs right now, ive been starving myself for weeks at a time and do muscle exercises to keep my body shape okay-ish. hunger pangs are the worst, i like to drink diet drinks when im really hungry and chew some gum. if you're honestly really hungry, have some celery or baby carrots. apples make me feel bloated and gross for a couple of hours, so ill typically eat an apple or something that will make me bloat so i feel sick and wont eat.
