I did 3 push ups today (rolled 93 in a /fit/ push up thread but decided to quit while I was ahead) + walked 200 metres to the where my car is parked so really I'm doing pretty good

Hi. If you really want to stop this and lose a lot of weight in the process I'll tell you how. Not trolling in the slightest.

Try to eliminate carbohydrates from your diet to the best of your ability. You can eat as much food as you want; whenever you want. All you have to do is eat high protein, high fat foods. Start your day with eggs and bacon: as much of either as you feel like. Eat meat for dinner, as much as you'd like. Drink as much milk as you'd like. Cut soda and juice. Too much clugose.

Again, the beauty of this is that you can eat as much as you'd like of anything as long as it is low in carbohydrates and high in either protein or fat. Reply if you'v got any questions.

Sure is my friend. Carbohydrates are key to regulation of the hormone insulin. Which seems to play a big role in our satiating hunger. High levels of insulin produces a feedback loop in such a way that it promotes that feeling of feeling, well. Not full. Studies have shown the effectiveness of diets such as the one I propose in juxtaposition to traditional calorie restrictive diets as well as non-coloric restricted diets. Carbs are key when it comes to insulin regulation and thus your food intake.

No carbs, is fucking hard. Because every single thing he ate in his 8k calories has carbs.

This sounds pretty extreme. I have a few different ideas but you can pick and choose to some degree.

>intermittent fasting:all you can eat for a window of time. Cons: if you can eat 8000+ in a day you might need to have a 23.5 fasting period each day though.
>keto: carbs under Xg/day. Cons: you probably eat cheese by the brick
>DNP: magic weight loss pill that will make you feel like shit and lose a pound of fat per day. Cons: you will put on water as fast as you lose fat and think it's not working, bump up the dose, and die of malignant hyperthemia because of ignoring the very easy dosing protocol
>protein sparing modified fast: put your body in starvation mode meaning the fastest and healthiest possible weight loss. Cons: fat people think starvation mode means gaining weight instead of losing weight
>Adderall:kills your appetite and gives you good cardio running to the bathroom each morning. Cons: none
>Roids: turns muscle into fat. Cons: not really but why not at least be strongfat?

Lots of ways but it's always calories in vs calories out. Evaluate your lifestyle and pick what works best. Just like being fat, losing weight can kill you if you do it wrong. So don't be a dummy, do it right and everything is peachy.
