Do robots like ASMR? I mostly get it from music, sometimes while reading/drawing/watching movies and shows/just sitting around and thinking... It makes me feel better and like things are going to be okay.

I like to watch videos of vacuum cleaners on carpets. Not really an ASMR feeling maybe but the sense of things being cleaned and freshened and put in order calms me down and makes me feel okay.

These kind of ASMR videos make me really uncomfortable. I actually find it more soothing and relaxing to listen to loud music with intense singing.

I've been watching ASMR for years.
And I've gotta say, I've never been so disappointed in my life.
There was a time when I could search ASMR and I didn't get some dumb bitch passively whoring herself out for views.
No waifu roleplays, no "b*tchy & sexy school bus driver" roleplays, and tits were kept to an understandable minimum.
But now it's just a fetish thanks to whores and their Indian orbiters.
At least we've still got some of the good old dedicated, high quality ASMR channels, as well as some smaller channels that put out decent content but those are lost in the sea of jobless thots.

Too bad it doesn't work forever. Allways have to find new sources of that feeling. It's like some weird drug. Allways go more hardcore

How is it with links on this weird board?

I think it depends a lot on what you're currently thinking about and feeling. It doesn't have to be more hardcore like a drug, but it has to click with your current situation, so you really feel the music and the singer's words.

It ain't a term you'd take to the ATM machine that's for sure.
I get some minor ASMR feelings from catchy chorus-focused music with real soul and qt girl ASMR videos. My best ASMR expereinces are from hand waving and haircuts rather than whispering, but I can't really stand the quite either. Deep one Dave is my favorite https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Lvqks-y29Zs

nah never got it from a video meant to induce it
it makes me uncomfortable if anything
get a chill every once in a while from movies tho

Yeah that's how it is for me too. I have issues with personal space so with the videos that try to make it like someone is talking in your ear, touching you, etc. just makes me feel distress.
Seems like a lot of people who like the ASMR videos though try to say you can't get it from music, movies, etc. but they aren't considering every situation and how people are different.
>will never experience because shitty hearing

Don't be sad, you can experience it in other ways.

i don't. they make me feel weird vs pleasure
>>36901072
Any idea why? Does it feel overwhelming?
>>36900987
i get it from watching people work with their hands, it started when I was watching unboxing videos, Ashens in particular
