Your first step is to stop stressing. Talk to an education councillor at your school, even if you haven't actually showed up to school in half a year and are afraid of showing your face now. Take it day by day and try to salvage your education, even if it takes a little extra time. What's a couple years on a human life?

If your study is truly well and fucked, go to plan B. Find a job, any job, and try to survive in the short term. If you're on 4chan there's a decent chance you got at least decent intelligence and you can teach yourself to code, work long distance over the internet.

Eating granola and yoghurt in the morning has honestly changed my life, it's such a minor thing to change but it gives you a bunch of energy to think with at the start of your day. Start drinking water instead of soda. If you need caffeine, drink coffee, not energy drinks. Start sleeping properly, and at the right times. Success is it's own reward. Try to cut back on vidya if you can. Take it one step at a time, you don't have to change everything overnight.

Best a levels advice I was give is that they can't remove marks for wrong answers on essays. "Name 3 reasons to be stopped and searched" write 5, if 2 are wrong you still will get 100%. This was almost 10 years ago, rules may have changed.

Finally, what do you want in life? You're at a time where you'll either end up in a situation where it's hard to make any money and long days, or you can live comfy with no money issues.

I suggest you plan out studying times for the next 2 weeks and stick to it. It's hard but in the end it's worth it. 2 weeks vs a year of school if you fuck and up retry, what's worse?

Also find and read some books on bettering yourself as a person. Make sure regardless of what you do you do that.
