I do this too. I don't even have urges to drink until I've had just one then it's over

What I do is limit what I have and can't get more then instead of chugging it I just casually sip with small breaks. Like s bottle gets half way done and I leave it alone for 15 minutes.

Use it to enhance fun not rely on it to make it
