I take out the trash every two weeks. It's okay i guess.

I can't imagine I've ever made it more than 36-48 hours without going outside. Even if I'm really sick, I'll take a trip outside to get a snack or something to drink at least once.

Also, exercise is good for depression and anxiety so taking a walk helps. I've been spoiled living in rural NW US, so it's actually pleasant to go for a walk (no normies, traffic, or dangerous niggers) I could see not wanting to go outside if you were surrounded by niggers. I used to live in Brooklyn and hated always having to use 'street sense.'
