I have them, too. They're fine, and entirely normal. They're caused by the hair growing from your shaft. I think they're called Forsyth Spots or something

Very normal, I have them too they are sperm glands I think. You don't have an STD I was worried as well.

Medfag here. I believe these are fordyce granules. Completely normal and aren't a risk for anything.

Nah, you should be fine! For me, they appear mostly as soft, smooth skin until I'm already erect.
