Try just being brief and to the point. I personally believe when talking to someone youre interested in every post should contribute to where you want to take the relationship so you don't end up one of those guys orbiting hoping for a miracle for a year.
To the point, try just saying, "I'm down with meeting up and hanging. You should come down here so we can chill." Or else if you're okay with going by her say that.
