I don't think suicidal is the correct label, as a term I guess it fits me, but not as a label. Am I actively trying to kill myslef? No. Am I going to kill myself once I complete certain life goals? Yes. Would I kill myslef if "the going gets tough" i.e arrested, am going to be put away for years, currently on bail. Yes.
