Since you're a guy, you still got a solid 3 years left of real growth (most guys stop their major growth between 21 to 23, though some go even to 25). If you want to maximize any last growth, eat well and sleep a lot.

If you really want to know, you can go to the doctor and see if your growth plates have fused.

However, since you're only 5'5 now, you'll have to make peace with the fact that you'll always be a manlet.

you keep slightly growing until as late as 22, anon. But, you've gotta stimulate your bones if you want another inch.
Stretch, move around alot, walk/ hike, do pull ups, free hanging excercises, use a hang-up or try hanging upside down on a bar for a few minutes at a time. Basically, stay limber and allow your back to not be compressed.

Get some HGH as soon as possible and there might be a chance. HGH will make you taller as long as your growth plates havent fused. There are downsides as well so do some research beforehand.
