I wish I hand an answer for you... my voice is ridiculous. I'm always mumbling and everyone is too polite to tell me when I do it so there's no way to improve.

But the answer is definitely not to shut up and never talk to anyone. Because I tried that and I think it atrophied my voice box... now my voice cracks all the time like a teenager in puberty.
