Happy birthday, OP. If you want to have connections with other human beings, you need to make them. Yeah, your parents are pieces of shit for not remembering your birthday, but if you keep telling everyone to leave you alone, eventually they will. Making friends is not as difficult as getting a girlfriend, pretty much anyone can do it.

you need to make friends anon. I am a similar age and making new friends is really hard, but getting in touch with old ones is your best bet. I know you have a social phobia but you can start with small steps like greeting your neighbours and talking to your family members more.
