How do I get better at social situations? I hate not being able to naturally get all those unspoken rules and dynamics.

honestly, sheer experience. there really isnt any other way. like a child learns by playing. social skills dont come from nowhere. at the very least, watch tv shows or better yet, any clip which shows people interacting naturally.

You could watch some of these; they worked for your parents and grandparents:

TV shows are too rude most of the time.

except no adult is going to be okay with an autist with no social skills trying to interact with them, OP is just going to end up being publicly ridiculed and shutting himself even further from the external world

If OP is decently attractive he could try tinder. The other day I went to talk to some fat bitch from there and I did decently. I ended up blocking her but the "date" went well. If it's 1on 1 it's not too bad if it goes bad.

This. Also in general I'm fine with 1 on 1 convos. When it comes to group convos though is where I tend to get spergy or just don't talk at all.
